Movilidad y Trote.
Como parte de las actividades previas al festival, COOK MUSIC FEST organiza el Encuentro de Movilidad y Trote, una experiencia deportiva abierta a la comunidad en colaboración con Kraftwerk Fitness y MINCE.
La actividad tendrá lugar el 13 de julio and combine a mobility session, a dynamic warm-up and a gentle group jog to the festival site. At the end, participants will enjoy a refreshment area, photocall, merchandise distribution, raffles and different activations of partner brands.

What are the opening hours?
Todavía estamos cerrando los detalles, pero el festival arranca habitualmente a las 17:00 h y termina sobre la 01:00 h of the early morning. This year will be something similar. The order of performances will be published the week of the festival. Stay tuned to our networks so you don't miss a thing!
Will I be able to enter and leave the venue?
Yes! In Tenerife 2026 you'll have RE-ACCESO gratuito: you can exit and re-enter within the operating hours of the festival, presenting your identification bracelet at the access points. The organization may temporarily suspend this facility for safety or capacity reasons. See the Tenerife 2026 specific terms.

What can I bring? Can I bring food?
For safety, it is not allowed to access with dangerous objects such as multipurpose knives, bottles or glass elements, or large portable batteries, among others. As for food, you can enter with a properly sealed snack or sandwich (not homemade), as long as it does not pose any risk to the rest of the attendees.
Will there be a lost & found?

Can I pick up my wristband before the festival?
Yes. We will soon announce the bracelet collection points available in Tenerife, both before the event and during the days of the festival. Stay tuned to our networks.
What should I know if I am a minor?
Depende de tu edad:
- Under 6 years: entrada gratuita presentando un documento oficial que acredite la edad. Deben ir siempre acompañados de sus padres o tutor.
- Ages 6 to 15: must be accompanied by their parents or guardian and present at the entrance the authorization document for children under 16 + festival entrance.
- Ages 16 to 17: deben presentar el documento de autorización para menores entre 16 y 18 años (no es necesario ir acompañado) + entrada del festival.

Soy una persona con movilidad reducida (PMR), ¿qué debo saber?
We have a specific entrance for people with reduced mobility that includes preferential access and an adapted space within the general area with better visibility. You can access with a companion who has their normal ticket. If you have any questions, please contact us before the event and we will help you.
Can I transfer or change the name on my ticket?
Sí. Si no puedes asistir, puedes cambiar el nombre de la entrada fácilmente desde este enlace.

Can I show my ticket on my phone?
Yes, you can submit it on paper or directly from your mobile. The only important thing is that the QR code is clearly visible so that it can be scanned without problems.
What does the early-bird ticket include?
Comprar en preventa tiene muchas ventajas. Esto es todo lo que recibes:
- 50% de descuento directo sobre el precio de la entrada.

Are cashless wristband payments mandatory?
No, it's completely optional. You can load balance on your wristband to pay quickly and without cash, but if you prefer you can also pay with cash or card at the venues.

When will I receive my early-bird pack at home?
Your festival box will arrive home once the official poster with all the artists has been presented, and always before the event begins. Don't despair if it takes a while, it will arrive on time!
