Can I resell my ticket?
No. Ticket resale is not allowed. Always buy on our official website or at vivaticket.es.
Can I pay for my ticket in installments?
Yes, you can split the payment into two installments during checkout.
What are the festival hours?
The festival usually starts around 5:00 pm and ends near 1:00 am. The set times are published the week of the event.
What can I bring? Can I bring food?
You may bring one properly sealed snack or sandwich (not homemade) per person. Homemade food, glass bottles, glass thermoses and dangerous objects are not allowed. See details in the terms and conditions.
What should I know if I am a minor?
It depends on age and city. In Tenerife 2026:
- Under 6 years: free entry with a responsible adult.
- Ages 6–15: must be accompanied and present parental authorization.
- Ages 16–17: must present signed authorization (no accompaniment required).
In Barcelona, Estadi Olímpic rules apply: everyone needs a ticket (including babies), under-16s must be accompanied and complete the venue online process, and once you turn 16 no authorization is needed.
Can I show my ticket on my phone?
Yes, on paper or on your phone. What matters is that the QR code is clearly visible.
I didn't get the confirmation email — what should I do?
Check spam and junk mail. If it persists, write to info@cookmusicfest.es or call 910 053 595.
Will there be a lost & found?
Yes. Check the location on the venue map for your city.
